Sans-serif · Vernon Adams, Jacques Le Bailly
Mulish is a minimalist sans that Vernon Adams began in 2011 and refined for three years on the back of user feedback — tightening the spacing, adding weights, correcting glyphs one at a time. After he died in 2017 Jacques Le Bailly finished the work with Adams's widow, who holds the trademark on the name, which is a more human history than most typefaces have. It is drawn to work at text and display size both, and the weight axis runs to 1000 for when a heading needs to shout.
