PT Sans Narrow
The narrow member of the Public Types of the Russian Federation, and the one drawn for the job a condensed face actually gets: a table, a form, a column of names that has to fit. Its Cyrillic is the reason the family exists and is drawn to the same standard as the Latin. Regular and bold, which is all a table needs.
