Rafael Frank, 1908, and the Hebrew book face that most Hebrew text has been set in since.
The Hebrew has to be the design rather than an alphabet added to a Latin family, which is what separates the handful of serious Hebrew faces from the many that merely include the characters.
One entry, because one is the honest answer. A face is listed here only if the substitution would survive a designer looking at both.
